Lani is a trusted advisor to executives leading growth and transformation initatives across both public and private sectors. With over 20 years of proven success in strategic planning, enterprise transformation, and project execution, she is recognized for her ability to elevate organizations to the next level of capability. Lani has led the evolution of delivery functions from foundational Project Management Offices (PMOs) to advanced Program, Product, and Portfolio Management, culminating in fully integrated strategic execution through a Strategy Realization Office (SRO).

Her strong track record includes enabling informed executive decision-making by optimizing enterprise processes, providing strategic insight, and driving disciplined value delivery.
