Lani Edwards is a recognized Portfolio Management and PMO leader with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations align strategy, investments, and execution. Having built and transformed enterprise portfolio management capabilities across public and private sectors, she specializes in portfolio governance, benefits realization management, demand management, and strategic planning.

Today, she is focused on helping organizations evolve beyond traditional PMOs by establishing AI-Powered Management Offices that improve decision-making, accelerate delivery, and maximize business value.
